“The University is fully committed to ensuring the wellbeing of its staff and students. I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to attend, and benefit from, the wide range of activities on offer during People Matter Week”

What is People Matter Week (PMW)?
People Matter Week is a series of events and activities for University Staff.
This reflects the University’s duty of care to its staff, and more generally, in recognition that a safe and healthy working environment contributes to the motivation, job satisfaction, performance, and creativity of all staff. The University recognises the importance of addressing issues related to stress and wellbeing and is actively encouraging staff to take part in a wide range of activities.
