The following documents are designed to provide managers with simple, practical tools to ensure a consistent application of the Disability and Employment Policy and help with record keeping.
Workplace Adjustments Plan - This template includes structured prompt questions, to help managers and employees have effective conversations about how their disability is impacting their work / attendance and what adjustments could reduce or remove barriers at work. The template can be used to document agreed adjustments and should be reviewed periodically.
Workplace Adjustments 'examples' - This document gives examples of different barriers and a broad range of suggested adjustments to mitigate them.
