The record of the SRD discussion and plans is prepared by the academic being reviewed and passed to the reviewer for his/her comments. A copy of the signed form is sent to the Head of Institution (or his/her nominee) for signature and return to the academic, with a copy retained securely and confidentially in the Institution, together with the CV.

The Head of Institution convenes a meeting with reviewers at the end of the review cycle to discuss institutional requirements and training needs (on a generic, anonymous basis) so that appropriate action can be taken, with feedback provided to academic staff. A copy of the generic institutional development needs is provided to PPD so that they can make appropriate training/development provision.
