Today the latest round of the University’s Returning Carers’ Scheme is now open for applications until 15th May 2025. The fund provides grants of up to £10,000 to support employees who have taken a career break or a period of leave for caring responsibilities.
Full details, including the eligibility criteria, examples of what the grant can be used for and how to apply can be found on the HR website.
Applications are also now open for this year’s Wellbeing Grant Scheme until 11 April 2025. The scheme provides grants of up to £500 for activities that promote the Five Ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give. Wellbeing Advocates and managers can apply on behalf of their teams.
