The Case Management team are specialists in employee relations case work. We work in partnership with the HR Business Partnering Team and local HR teams. The team undertake investigations and support Schools and Non-Schools Institutions to manage formal disciplinaries, grievances and appeals. The team are also responsible for the Mediation Team.
The HR Business Partners and local HR teams remain the first point of contact for managers and employees and will look to support the resolution of issues informally where possible and appropriate. Where there is a need for a case to move to the formal stage of the process, the HR Business Partner will complete a handover of the case to a Case Manager.
