UNISON
UNISON is the largest UK trade union for support staff in higher education. Their 50,000 members include registrars, librarians, personnel, technicians, administrators, clerks, secretaries, cleaners, craft workers, catering staff, porters and people working in IT, finance and estates management. UNISON is recognised by the University to represent clerical, library, secretarial and manual staff.

Unite the Union
As a recognised union, Unite the Union Branch LE/0775M represents non-academic staff (Assistant, Research, and Academic-Related) across Cambridge University, and is part of the national negotiating team on pay and terms and conditions. Unite represents university workers in a variety roles, from research, technical, IT, professional services, administration or clerical, and estates. Branch meetings are held on the first Monday of the month at 1PM.
