Who to contact for support
If you have any queries relating to registration, bookings or timesheets you should contact the Department who has invited you to work in the first instance.
The central Casual Worker HR Team does not approve profiles, make bookings or approve timesheets so we will not be able to answer specific queries related to these.
If your account has been deactivated (no bookings for more than 12 weeks), you can request that this is reactivated by your department i.e. they are the “system administrator” for this task.
If you have a more generic question about the system, or cannot find a point of contact for your department please contact casual.workers@admin.cam.ac.uk and we will do our best to help.
If you have a technical issue, for example an error message or problems logging in, please contact CHRIS.helpdesk@admin.cam.ac.uk.
If you have any questions about your pay, please contact payroll.enquiries@admin.cam.ac.uk.
Your department should always be your first point of contact.
