This report informs School Offices of all academics within the School's institutions who have a current or impending leave recorded on the CHRIS system for one of the following reasons:

  • Sabbatical Leave
  • Paid leave - Additional Leave
  • Paid leave - Short Leave
  • Paid leave - Special Ordinance C(i) 2(b) [formerly Statute D,II,6,b]
  • Paid leave - Study Leave
  • Paid leave - Substitute Residence
  • Unpaid leave - Special Ordinance C(i) 2(b) [formerly Statute D,II,6,b]
  • Unpaid Leave - Other
  • Maternity Leave
  • Adoption Leave
  • Leave to undertake a Research Fellowship

The following columns are shown:

  8. Occupancy Start Date
  9. Expected Occupancy End Date
  10. Actual Occupancy End Date
  11. Leave Type

  14. FTE (Note that in ‘Leave to Undertake a Research Fellowship’ cases, this column indicates the proportion of the office that leave has been granted for, eg it would display ‘1’ if undertaking a full-time fellowship, or 0.5 if the fellowship is being undertaken on a 50/50 basis)






To enable School Offices to see which academics will be on planned leave from their teaching duties in the coming term/year, to help with substitute teaching projections and other planning matters.
