Description of 'Burst' reports issued to Institutions throughout the month:

 

  • Monthly Pay Transactions (26th of each month)
    All payments to employees in an Institution for the current month's payroll.

  • Weekly Pay Transactions (every Friday)
    All payments to employees in an Institution for the current week's payroll.

  • Probation (1st of each month)
    Part of HRTP data cleansing.  All current employees of an institution whose probation period is incomplete.

  • Recruitment administration: Applicants at offer stage (every Friday)
    Applicants at offer stage.

  • Reporting Managers - all positions (3rd of every month)
    Part of HRTP data cleansing. Reporting Manager details for all positions within an institution.

  • Research Passports (quarterly: 5th of every 3rd month)
    All current employees of an institution with a record of all their Honorary Research Contracts (HRCs) and/or their most recent Letters of Access and Letters of Assurance (LoAs) with each Trust.

  • Sabbatical and other Academic Leave for School Offices (termly)
    This report informs School Offices of all academics within the School's institutions who have a current or impending leave recorded on the CHRIS system.

  • Sickness Absences in Previous 12 Months (quarterly: 5th of every 3rd month)
    Sickness absences in an institution that fell partly or wholly within the previous 12 calendar months.

  • Sickness Absences in Previous Calendar Month (5th of each month)
    Sickness absences in an institution that fell partly or wholly within the previous calendar month.

  • Staff listing (1st of each month)
    The main personal and contractual data (including basic pay, costing, HESA and pension scheme information) for each current employee in an institution.

  • Unended Sickness Absences (15th of each month)
    All current employees in an institution who have a sickness absence recorded on CHRIS that has no end date, or has an end date in the future.

  • Working Patterns (3rd of each month)
    Part of HRTP data cleansing. Current working patterns as held on the CHRIS system for all employees in an institution (excluding variable hours staff). Also included are Reporting Manager details for those individuals should any queries need to be resolved within the institution.
