  1. Implement a new Workforce Policy and procedural guidelines which set out the University’s position on engaging its workforce and describes the contractual arrangements available for use by institutions. 
  1. Implement a new casual workforce management system and supporting processes to help engage and manage our casual workforce in a more efficient, effective and agile way. 
  1. Review the status of casual workers who are teaching on a regular and ongoing basis to determine whether they should move to alternative contractual arrangements. 
  1. Facilitate cultural change across the University in the engagement and employment of casual staff. 
  1. Improve the experience of casual workers when interacting with the University.
