  • We recognise that the current process for engaging casual workers can be time-consuming and inefficient.  By implementing a new system and changing and improving the efficiency of our processes, the engagement of our casual workforce will be quicker and easier for institutions to manage. 
  • This, in turn, will enable institutions to become more agile and flexible in meeting their operational needs.  
  • The resulting management information will support institutions in taking a more considered and strategic approach to their workforce planning and ensure all staff are engaged appropriately. 
  • The recording and monitoring of right-to-work/visa checks will be enhanced through the introduction of an automated system.
