We recognise that the current process for engaging casual workers can be time-consuming and inefficient. By implementing a new system and changing and improving the efficiency of our processes, the engagement of our casual workforce will be quicker and easier for institutions to manage.
This, in turn, will enable institutions to become more agile and flexible in meeting their operational needs.
The resulting management information will support institutions in taking a more considered and strategic approach to their workforce planning and ensure all staff are engaged appropriately.
The recording and monitoring of right-to-work/visa checks will be enhanced through the introduction of an automated system.
