This Group has been set up to allow us to consult with key users on the proposed changes to the management of our casual workforce and the development and implementation of a new system.

The role of the Group is to:

  • understand the need for change and the proposed changes;
  • provide feedback on the impact of the proposed changes and highlight any concerns, as well as put forward alternative or additional suggestions for changes where relevant;
  • seek views from other users in their relevant institutions; and
  • work with us to take forward the system implementation including carrying out testing.
