Taxis are regulated by the Cambridge City Council.  Drivers should be courteous and get you to your destination by the quickest possible route. Most local destinations cost between £6 to £10. Taxi ranks are located on St. Andrew's Street, Parkside, and the railway station but you may flag a taxi on any street or call a local cab company to pick you up at a specific location.

The University of Cambridge webpages provide further information on taxi companies here.
