From 26 February 2015, a number of HR forms and web pages will updated to reflect the fact that Release 4 of the Web Recruitment System (available from 26 February 2015) introduces a new six-step offers and appointment process. A separate communication will be provided on the systems changes and the supporting documents and training available.
The web pages, forms and templates that have been updated to reflect the systems change include:
- The HR4 Salary Case for Approval form and the Determine the starting salary section of the Recruitment Guidance
- The HR5 Recruitment Checklist
- The HR18 Offer Letter template and home page
- The CHRIS/10(A) form home page
- The Appointment Administration sections of the Recruitment Guidance
- Sections of the Immigration web pages and the Tier 2 CoS Application Form
- The Guidance on the Use of Fixed-term and Open-ended Contracts
