Human Resources

We are inviting all employees to participate in the University Staff Culture Survey by 7 February 2024. The survey, which is anonymous, confidential, and should take around 15 minutes, gives you the opportunity to say how you feel about aspects of your working environment and experience of the University. The purpose of the survey is to gather views on experiences of belonging and inclusion, work-life balance, bullying and harassment, career development and well-being.

There is a particular focus on gender and race, and the responses will help to inform the University's equality, diversity and inclusion priorities and will play a crucial role in our commitment to achieving and renewing our Silver Athena Swan and Bronze Race Equality Charter awards.
