Are you thinking about applying for an Apprenticeship at the University of Cambridge and would like to find out more?
Thanks to a new video - you can hear firsthand from University Apprentices about what it’s like to start an Apprenticeship and gain a clearer understanding of what an Apprenticeship entails, where to apply and how long they last.
Amelia Froggatt, is currently an Apprentice Administrator for the Faculty of Clinical Medicine and shares her experience within the film. She said: “I started my Apprenticeship at 22, which was daunting at first. There was no pressure to come into the University experienced in the industry you are applying for. You just need to show willingness to learn.”

Carter Mulvey, also shares his experience and is currently a School Office Administrator, for the Faculty of Medicine. He has completed two Apprenticeships, including one in Project Management, he said: “My first Apprenticeship enabled me to gain the knowledge that I need for my current qualification and role. The University is extremely keen to keep and develop their staff and this has been an excellent opportunity for me to learn so much.”
