Staff Review & Development (SRD) – Phase 1 Launch
I am pleased to advise you that Phase 1 of the online Staff Review & Development (SRD) System, which introduces effective online administrative support for SRD activity in institutions, is now available and can be found here: http://hrsystems.admin.cam.ac.uk/srd-webapp
The system will support and reduce the administration required to run an effective SRD scheme in institutions and is designed to make SRD more accessible to staff. The new system:
- Allows the accurate and efficient recording of probationary and SRD review information;
- Can be used instead of the CHRIS HR system for recording review outcomes;
- Generates reminders for review activities such as face-to-face meetings; and
- Provides reports of staff who have had a review and/or are due a review.
A more detailed communication has been sent to departmental and faculty administrators explaining the training and support materials available for this latest development.
