PPD is proud to announce the launch of the inaugural University of Cambridge Apprenticeship Awards 2021, and we invite you to get involved. Do you have an outstanding apprentice in your department? Do you know any individual who is a real advocate and promoter of apprenticeships? Why not recognise their contribution by nominating them for an award? You can nominate someone or encourage the individual to submit an application.
These Awards recognise and celebrate the value and positive contribution that apprenticeships have brought, and can bring to the University.
This inaugural event:
- celebrates the success of those who have achieved their apprenticeships
- recognises apprentices who have made a real difference to their workplace and used an apprenticeship to boost their career
- and also recognises the individuals who champion and promote apprenticeships in their school/department and across the University
The awards comprise of Apprentice of the Year and Apprenticeship Champion of the Year. There are three categories for Apprentice of the Year: Intermediate, Advanced and Higher or Degree apprenticeships.
Closing date: 30 April 2021.
Announcement of the winners will be made at our virtual awards event on June 23 2021 and you can book to attend the event here.
