We are asking all staff to log into Employee Self Service to ensure that your personal details are up to date. We are doing this because we want to make sure that the contact details we hold for you are up to date (for example, in case we need to get in touch with you in an emergency) and because we need to ensure that the information we hold on our staff is accurate. We send all staff a reminder to do this every year.

New Employee Self Service (ESS)

Today, UIS and the HR Division have launched a new version of Employee Self Service (ESS). ESS lets you update some of your personal details and check your payslips and P60s. The new version offers a modern look and feel and has a number of improvements over the existing version. A user guide is available at
