The Festival of Wellbeing (22-26 June) is the University's annual programme of talks and activities with the aim of promoting good mental and physical health for all.

Please see the website for full details of this year’s programme. Talks and workshops require booking in advance, but all other content is pre-recorded and can be accessed any time during the Festival.

Where possible, sessions will be recorded and links will be posted on the Festival pages to be viewed at staff's convenience.

“During these difficult times, more than ever, it is vital to take care of our mental and physical health. The University strives to support staff and students with this through a variety of ways; I hope that the talks and activities in the Festival of Wellbeing programme will encourage as many of us as possible to spend some time concentrating on, and prioritising, our own wellbeing.”

Professor Eilís Ferran, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Institutional and International Relations

"We are all facing a wide and varying range of challenges during the lockdown, so it is really important to take a bit of time, put ourselves first and focus on what we need to do to stay healthy in our minds and bodies. I encourage all to take a look at the programme and hope that you find something that helps to relieve some of the challenges you may be experiencing at the moment."

Dr Hisham Ziauddeen, Univeristy Disability and Wellbeing Champion

Staff should also look out for additional activities being arranged within Departments.
