Process Changes
Departmental Administrators

From Monday 5 September 2022, the structure of the central HR administration teams will be changing as follows:


  • Life Events Team (excluding Clinical School) – This new team has been established in the HR Shared Service and is responsible for handling all processes related to life events and leave for employees. Therefore all CHRIS forms found in the life events and leave section of the Forms webpage should be sent to this team (unless the form directs you otherwise e.g. Global Mobility Form). This team can be contacted at


  • HR Assistants Team (excluding Clinical School) – This team will work with the HR Business Partnering teams and will be responsible for handling all other processes managed by the central HR teams. This team can be contacted at


CHRIS and other HR forms are being updated to reflect the changes, ensuring that departments direct forms to the correct team. The mailbox has now closed.
