Funded projects from last year include the Technician development programme, led by Technician Co-Ordinator, John Nicolson.

John said: “The EHRC fund has enabled us to develop and run a calendar of bespoke versions of programmes aimed at technical professionals. These courses are designed to empower technical staff and managers and impact on their wider teams. We have reviewed positive feedback on the content and the need for the courses. The EHRC fund has also allowed us to link up with other projects and begin to deliver on policy and access to funding for technical professionals. This will lead to positive changes not just for the projects but for future work.”

The application form can be accessed on their Sharepoint and via this link.
