Personal and Professional Development (PPD) is the current title used at Cambridge to describe our training and development programme and the team that runs it. However, this term is very specific to Cambridge. To improve accessibility and to align with the wider sector, we will be changing the name from PPD to Learning and Development with effect from 1 October 2024.
Over the next few weeks, Learning and Development will replace PPD across our websites, resources and job titles. Some core systems and web addresses will retain the name PPD until there is a natural opportunity to change them within system update schedules.
The Learning and Development programme of events for the new academic year is now open for bookings.
