Nurturing a Culture of Mutual Respect Survey: Thank you and next steps

Thank you to all staff who took the time to participate in the joint University and Trade Union staff survey on nurturing a culture of mutual respect, which closed on 31 August.

The results of this survey will support the University in its goal to foster a thriving community and culture of inclusivity, diversity, health and well-being, as set out in our People Strategy. We have now commenced the planned process of anonymising, summarising and reviewing the responses received. Once this stage of the work has been completed, a summary of the results and the subsequent action plan will be made available for the information of all employees.
