As the Human Resources Transformation Programme (HRTP) continues preparations to move the University to the new HR and payroll system, myHR, it is important that unwanted and outdated data is removed from our current HR system, CHRIS. Keeping unnecessary data makes the transfer of information from CHRIS to myHR more of a burden than it needs to be and affects the quality of data that is moved across.  

The HRTP team is therefore undertaking a data cleanse to fix or remove incorrectly formatted, duplicate or incomplete data. In some cases, the programme team will need help from Departments to complete this work and will contact departments directly as and when this is necessary.
