About the form
Following the systems upgrade on 7th March 2019, apprenticeship appointments can be completed through Recruitment Administration System (RAS) and Web Recruitment System (WRS). It is therefore anticipated that the CHRIS/10B form will become obsolete over the coming months.
Departments that are currently part way through a recruitment process for an Apprentice, can use the CHRIS/10B and complete the process by submitting the CHRIS/10B form to the New Appointment Team together with any supporting documents.
Please seek advice from the New Appointments team as early as possible if you are unsure what to do.
