The Council and the General Board have approved a new Hybrid Working Policy to set out the University’s ongoing approach to working practices since the pandemic. The new policy was developed following engagement sessions with Heads of Institutions and a University-wide consultation involving more than 3,500 staff.
An updated version of the University's Flexible Working Policy has also been approved by the Council and the General Board. The updated version sets out the relationship with the new Hybrid Working Policy and contains an improved process for making a flexible working request.
